Tailored for you Ltd. have developed special foam which is produced for them in Germany and which retains a perfect imprint of the customer’s feet, once he or she stepped into the foam. A few measurements with a tape measure and an even more accurate last can be produced than you would get by visiting any of the few bespoke shoemakers left.
The shoes produced are made 100% by hand and each shoes is made on your personal last. Tailored for you Ltd. does not charge for the last either. J. Saunders says " our business policy is simple, we do not charge for the last because experience has shown that, once a new customer has received his first pair of our handmade, Goodyear welted, bespoke shoes, he/she will not revert back to "off the rack shoes", nut in most cases immediately order a further 2-4 pairs..."
